Vốn đầu tư linh hoạt

Nhà Đầu tư có thể tham gia đầu tư vào Quỹ VCAMBF với tối thiểu mười (10) triệu đồng và sở hữu một danh mục đầu tư đa dạng hơn so với việc đầu tư riêng lẻ.

Thanh khoản cao

Nhà Đầu tư có thể yêu cầu Quỹ mua lại Chứng chỉ Quỹ với giá bằng với giá trị tài sản ròng (NAV) của Quỹ.

Cơ hội lợi nhuận ổn định

Quỹ có thể mang lại lợi nhuận dài hạn thông qua chiến lược đầu tư cân bằng, đa dạng hóa danh mục đầu tư.

Minh bạch thông tin

Giá trị tài sản ròng của Quỹ được định giá hàng tuần bởi một đơn vị độc lập là Ngân hàng Giám sát, đảm bảo phù hợp với các quy định của pháp luật và được công bố công khai tới Nhà đầu tư.

Phuong Nguyen

As a founder of Viet Capital, Ms. Phuong has served as the Chairperson of Viet Capital Asset Management and Viet Capital Securities since the establishment of the firm in 2007. With the firm’s recent acquisition and launch of Viet Capital Bank (formerly Gia Dinh Bank), Phuong has also been elected as member of the BOD of the bank.  In her leadership role at Viet Capital, she is responsible for the strategic management of the firm and the execution of the entire company’s vision to become the leading financial services firms in the market.

In her past career, she has worked as the Deputy CFO of Holcim (Vietnam) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swiss multinational conglomerate that is one of the largest foreign direct investors in Vietnam.  Prior to founding Viet Capital, she worked as an Investment Director for Vietnam Holding, a Swiss-based fund dedicated to opportunistic investments in Vietnam and listed on the London AIM.

Phuong received her BA in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) at the National Economics University, and her MBA in Financial Management from the International University in Geneva, Switzerland.

Tuan Pham

Tuan Pham was the CEO of Viet Capital Asset Management and Head of Viet Capital Healthcare Fund (VCHF). He supervises overall business operations of Viet Capital Asset Management and oversees capital market and private equity investments.  Besides playing the main role of leading VCHF, Tuan is also in charge of all offshore investment funds. He is also involved in Viet Capital’s strategies and business development, investor relations, fund raising activities and represented Viet Capital in several Boards of Investees’ companies.

Tuan previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at VinaCapital from the period 2005-2007, having the overall responsibilities in finance, human resources, and operation of the company.

Prior to VinaCapital and Viet Capital, Tuan also had more than 10 years of experience in taxation and assurance in PricewaterhouseCoopers (Vietnam and Australia) and Dutch Lady Vietnam as Tax Manager and Business Assurance Manager, respectively.

Tuan earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Sydney University of Technology, Australia and currently Fellow of the Australian CPA (FCPA).

Henry Nguyen

Henry Nguyen currently serves as the Managing General Partner of IDG Ventures Vietnam, a private equity firm focused on consumer, technology, media, and telecom investments in Vietnam since 2004.

Prior to founding IDG Ventures Vietnam, Henry has worked at Goldman Sachs, Harvard Medical School, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital as well as being a principal at S2S Medical Publishing and Medschool.com. Henry is also the Developmental Licensee for McDonald’s restaurants in Vietnam.

Henry is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, an Asia 21 Fellow of the Asia Society and a member of the Advisory Board of British University Vietnam. He is the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Operation Smile Vietnam and has  served  on  the  Board  of  the  American  Chamber  of  Commerce  in  Vietnam. He also serves on the Board of VC Corporation, VTC Online, Vega Technology Group, VatGia and Goldsun Focus Media.

Henry was granted B.A. in Classics at Harvard University and M.D. at Northwestern University Medical School and M.B.A at the Kellogg School of Management.

Viet Cung

Viet Cung is currently Managing Director of Viet Capital Asset Management, he manages the operation and investments of Viet Capital Education Investments. Prior to founding Viet Capital Asset Management, he was the Chief Analyst and one of the Investment Directors of Vietnam Holding, a Swiss-based investment fund. He was also one of the first professionals of the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center when it was established in 1998. Since 2002, he has been a lecturer at the National Economic University's Business School, teaching corporate finance, securities market and valuations. In addition, Viet is also a founder of PSV Consulting firm.

Viet holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Sydney and a BS in Engineering from the Technological Institute in Odessa, in the Ukraine, formerly in the Soviet Union.

Pho Pham

Pho currently serves Chief Executive Officer at VCAM. He directly leads Private Equity investments as well as overseeing expansion strategy of the retail investment platform at VCAM.

Joining VCAM in 2017, Pho brought with him over a decade of experience in venture investments and fundraising, extensive background in technology development, and a track record of successful investments and exits: NhaCuaTui.com, Moca.vn, Hotdeal.vn, Muaban.net, Webtretho.com…

While at VCAM, he founded Viet Capital Venture, with one successful exit after just 2 years (3x cash-on-cash return), and two fast-growing portfolio companies in bio-tech and first-mile logistics, Gene Solutions and Ecotruck. He also successfully managed and divested investment in the Canadian International School, achieving over 18% net IRR for VCAM Education Fund I.

Since becoming CEO of VCAM in 2021, he has executed on the VCAM Retail Investment vision, building the foundation for tech-enabled mutual fund transactions and distribution. He oversaw the launch of two new low-cost, open-end funds (VCAM Fixed Income Fund, and VCAM Discovery Fund), and integration with several digital distribution partners for VCAM’s retail funds.

He’s a strong advocate for long-termed investments in education and healthcare in Vietnam, emphasizing technology development as a way to improve the status quo, to create more equal access, and to create value for all stake holders.

Pho earned a Master of Public Administration with IT Management emphasis at the School of Policy, Planning and Development, USC. His undergraduate studies were International Relations and Computer Science, also from USC.

Joining VCAM since 2017, Ms Ngoc has been in charge of investment research and equity analysis at VCAMBF. Ms. Ngoc has extensive experience in the field of Finance & Banking with the position of Head of Remote Control at the ACBS’s Internal Control Committee under Asia Commercial Bank (ACB); then was the Head of Analysis and Planning Department of the Development Strategy Division at An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK). At ABBANK, she was responsible for all activities including market research, performance review of Vietnamese banks, in order to develop master plan for the bank in close collaboration with Senior Experts from Maybank (Malaysia), Strategic Shareholder of ABBANK. Ms. Ngoc hold a Bachelor of Finance & Banking from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bolton, UK. Ms Ngoc holds the Fund Management Practice License issued by State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
